A Collector's Guide: Pricing Vintage and Antique Pyrex Mixing Bowls
The main purpose of this guide is for gaining a quick understanding of the going prices for your vintage and antique Pyrex mixing bowls. The goal is to provide a clear price range from the cheapest pieces to the most expensive to give you a guide for an average price. It's a great site for collector's of all ages to get a better understanding of what they may be able to sell their piece for as well as possibly pick up a new antique for their collection.
This site goes with an understanding of what a current piece is selling for, period. I could care less what a book may say it's worth, if somebody won't buy it for that price than it's sure not worth what they say it is. We gain an average based on what's listed for sale at this time. This way you can see for yourself what the lowest price of your piece is as well as the highest and come up with an average for you. Works pretty well actually.
Here's a general example of what I'm talking about. But please, just take this as a general example as the item being priced is not very specific. For a more acurate representation, you need to look at exactly what you want with a very specified search in the search bar on the right!

What You'll Find Here:

As a general rule the old saying always comes true, "what's one man's trash is another man's treasure" and determining a fair market value is my attempt here.
Plus the great thing is, everything here is for sale, so you may be able to add to your collection quite easily, or simply outfit a retro-style kitchen in no time.
